2. What data we process
Data you enter in the inquiry form or the Moldex3D trial form or send us by e-mail: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, description of your inquiry and attached files (e.g. drawings and 3D models). When you visit the website, the server automatically logs technical data such as your IP address and time of visit for security reasons.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to ensure the security and operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for direct marketing without your consent.
4. Confidentiality of attached files
We use attached drawings, models and technical data solely to handle your inquiry and do not pass them on to third parties. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any data is exchanged.
5. Retention period
We keep inquiry data for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact if no cooperation follows. If we conclude a contract, we keep the data for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).
6. Recipients
We do not sell data. Only our employees and contracted processors providing website and e-mail hosting have access to it, to the extent necessary for these services. A Google Maps map is embedded on the About & contact page; when it is displayed, Google receives data about your visit (see Cookies). The same applies to the YouTube video on the Moldex3D page, but only once you start it. Data from Moldex3D trial licence requests is passed on to the manufacturer of the Moldex3D software (CoreTech System Co., Ltd., Taiwan) to the extent necessary to issue the licence.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@cafuta.eu. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
8. Changes
We may update this notice, for example when services on the website change. The valid version is always published on this page.
