We design and manufacture production equipment that enables our customers to achieve reliable and stable series production. We specialise in stamping and sheet metal forming tools as well as welding and checking fixtures, built to suit each specific part and process.
Stamping and forming tools
Our tool development always relies on sheet metal forming simulations. By optimising the tool and blank shape and compensating for springback, parts are within tolerance from the first try-outs.
- we match the complexity of the prototype tool to the part and volumes – cost-effective and fast,
- we often develop prototype tools further into series forming tools,
- deep drawing, bending, free forming, blanking.
