Measurement
When standard equipment cannot measure what you need, we develop a device that can – from measuring method and design to control system, software and calibration.
A device that measures exactly what you need
We offer complete development, manufacture and implementation of test and measuring equipment.
- Definition of requirements and measuring method
- Detailed development supported by simulations
- Component selection, manufacture and assembly
- Development of the control system and graphical user interface
- Testing, calibration and handover
Measuring thermal conductivity at high temperatures – GHP-XT
We developed and built a device for measuring the thermal conductivity of insulation materials to EN 12667 at temperatures up to 750 °C (optionally 850 °C).
| Temperature range | 50–750 °C (optionally 850 °C) |
|---|---|
| Specimen thickness | 30–110 mm (optionally 150 mm) |
| Specimen thermal conductivity | 0.03–0.5 W m−1 K−1 |
| Specimen size | 500 × 500 mm |
| Standard | EN 12667 |

Electronic circuit test devices
We develop and manufacture manually operated devices for accurate and efficient testing of printed circuit boards (PCB):
- Full customisation – the device is fully adapted to your circuit and procedure.
- High accuracy and repeatability – reliable results in every test.
- Robustness and reliability – long service life and stable operation in production.
- Ease of use – efficient testing even of complex circuits.

Dedicated test rigs
We build new dedicated test rigs or modify and upgrade existing ones. We take care of the measuring method, control and measuring system, data acquisition and processing, the graphical interface and performance analyses.
Pallet test rig to ISO 8611-1:2021
Simulation and testing of pallets to ISO 8611-1:2021. The test rig with a hydraulic press and load cell enables repeatable load tests, and we compare the results with computer simulations.

Material testing
A reliable simulation needs reliable material data. We test materials, determine material model parameters and prepare material files for simulations.

Mechanical characterisation
- characterisation of metallic materials – tensile testing,
- characterisation of polymer materials – tensile properties and creep testing,
- true stress–strain curves by inverse identification.

Rheological characterisation
- thermoplastics, thermosets, composites (RTM) and potting materials for integrated circuits,
- tests tailored to customer needs,
- determination of material model parameters and generation of material files.
